Gabriel Araya is a Costa Rican real estate broker and the founder of Coldwell Banker Flamingo, with over 21 years of experience in Guanacaste's North Pacific coastal market. After earning his Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, he returned to Costa Rica in 2005 and spent two decades building deep expertise across the region's resort and residential communities — particularly in the Reserva Conchal and Flamingo corridor.

His approach combines a strong understanding of pricing, positioning, and negotiation with a genuine knowledge of what it actually means to build a life on the Gold Coast. Over two decades he has guided buyers through every stage of the process — from first-time purchases and vacation home acquisitions to full relocations, helping families and individuals make one of the most significant transitions of their lives with clarity and confidence.

Beyond his brokerage leadership, Gabriel has contributed to the broader real estate community in Costa Rica through two years of service on the board of CRGAR. He is also actively involved in local community initiatives in Guanacaste, including support for youth soccer and programmes for children.
